Stacy Claflin is a successful American author, having published more than seventy-five novels. She has written a variety of series, including the Transformed series, the Gone series, the Hunters series, the Curse of the Moon series, the Alex Mercer series, the Valhalla's Curse series, the Wildflower Romance series, the Dark Sea Academy series, the Dead for Good series with Nolon King, and the Brannon House series.

Claflin is known for creating complex female characters who overcome incredible odds in her novels. Her writing spans various genres, including psychological thrillers, paranormal sagas, and sweet romance series. Despite starting her writing journey by creating stories on construction paper and typing on a heavy green screen computer, Claflin was determined to become a full-time author.
