Pat McIntosh

Pat McIntosh is a Scottish author with a long-standing writing ambition, dating back to her formative years. She was born and raised in the County of Lanark upon Scotland and is a citizen of the United Kingdom. McIntosh studied at the University of Glasgow and, while she lived and worked in Glasgow for many years, she has since relocated to a coastal region in West Scotland.

McIntosh's love for writing can be traced back to her childhood, when she began writing at the age of seven. She credits the author who inspired her to write as "probably Angus MacVicar!" Before becoming a successful author, McIntosh held various jobs, including working as a librarian, a receptionist for an alternative therapy center, teaching geology and palaeontology, and tutoring for the Open University.

McIntosh specializes in historical mysteries and fantasy niches, and her writing is heavily influenced by her Scottish heritage and upbringing. Her works are well-researched and well-crafted, transporting readers to different times and places in history. With her unique storytelling abilities and attention to detail, McIntosh has established herself as a respected and popular author in her genre.
