Myla Goldberg

Myla Goldberg is a highly accomplished American author, best known for her popular standalone novels, including "Bee Season," "The False Friend," "Feast Your Eyes," and "Wickett's Remedy." In addition to her fiction works, Goldberg has also written a picture book and a nonfiction book. She was born in 1971 into a Jewish family in Laurel, Maryland, and completed her schooling at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. After graduating from Oberlin College with an English major in 1996, Goldberg spent a year in Prague, where she wrote and taught, an experience that later inspired her to write the nonfiction book of essays, "Time's Magpie."
