Mike Papantonio is an accomplished American Torts lawyer who has also made a name for himself as a legal thriller author. Known fullly as James Michael Papantonio, he is currently a senior partner at the nation's largest plaintiff law firm, Levin Papantonio. Over the course of his legal career, he has handled thousands of cases involving pharmaceutical drug litigation, Florida tobacco litigation, securities fraud actions, and other mass tort cases. He has been recognized for his legal work with numerous awards and accolades, including being inducted into the Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame at a young age.
In addition to his legal work, Papantonio is also a radio show host and political commentator. He co-hosts the Ring of Fire, a syndicated radio show with Sam Seder and Robert Kennedy Jr. He also hosts RT America network’s America’s Lawyer and has appeared as a legal and political commentator on various news outlets such as Fox News, MSNBC, RT America Network, and Free Speech TV. His role on the Ring of Fire radio show is featured in the documentary, “Jesus Camp,” which was nominated for the 2007 Academy Award for Documentary Feature.
Papantonio has also authored several motivational books for lawyers and co-authored the New York Times Political Best Seller, "Air America: The Playbook." He published his first legal thriller “Law and Disorder” in 2016 and has since released several more titles in the genre. He is married and has one daughter, and in his free time, he enjoys scuba diving on the Emerald Coast.
