Linda Castillo is a bestselling American author, renowned for her crime thrillers, romantic suspense, and other romance novels. She is most famous for her series, the Kate Burkholder series, which features the main character, Kate Burkholder. The novels in this series have been set in Ohio, where Castillo herself grew up. From a young age, Castillo had a passion for writing and penned her first novel at the age of thirteen.
