John Lescroart

John Lescroart is a highly accomplished American author, best known for his series of legal and crime thriller novels. His works are centered around a core group of characters, with Dismas Hardy and Abe Glitsky featuring prominently in many of his books. Born on January 14, 1948, in Houston, Texas, Lescroart grew up in California and attended Junípero Serra High School in San Mateo. He went on to earn a B.A. in English with Honors at UC Berkeley in 1970.
