Jami Davenport is a successful American author who specializes in contemporary romance and sports fiction. Davenport was born and raised in North Central Washington and went on to pursue higher education at the Washington State University, where she graduated with degrees in business and education. After graduation, she worked as a business teacher in high school and later as an IT expert for the government before transitioning to a career in writing.
