Jacob Stone

Jacob Stone is the pen name of Dave Zeltserman, an American author who writes bestselling and award-winning novels in the crime, horror, mystery, and thriller genres. Zeltserman has won numerous accolades for his work, including the Derringer and Shamus awards. His book "Small Crimes" was adapted into a Netflix film featuring Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

As Jacob Stone, Zeltserman writes the Morris Brick series of serial-killer thrillers. His crime, mystery, and horror fiction have received critical acclaim and have been translated into six languages. Several of his novels, including "Small Crimes" and "Pariah," have been named by the Washington Post as best books of the year. "Small Crimes" was also named by National Public Radio as one of the best crime and mystery novels of 2008 and has been made into a feature film starring Coster-Waldau and Molly Parker, which is now available on Netflix.

Zeltserman's writing has been praised by a number of notable organizations and publications. His crime noir novel, "SMALL CRIMES," has been turned into a major motion picture starring Coster-Waldau, Molly Parker, Gary Cole, Robert Forster, and Jacki Weaver. The film is set to premiere on Netflix on April 28th. Additionally, several of his other books are currently in film development. Zeltserman lives in the Boston area.
