G.K. DeRosa is a best-selling American author, known for her paranormal romance novels. She has written numerous series, including Dark Blood Academy, Hitched, Guardian, Supernatural Prison Squad, Vampire and Angel Wars, Vampire, and Wolfish, among others. DeRosa is a USA Today bestselling author, highlighting her popularity and success in the genre.

DeRosa's love for reading and writing was evident from a young age. Even before she could read, she tried to fool her family into thinking she could, by memorizing an entire children's book in Italian and turning the pages at the right moments of the story. Her passion for literature was further nurtured during her time in Catholic school, where she was inspired by her teachers who taught her the value of English and Literature. Although she did not pursue writing in college, choosing to study International Business instead, her love for storytelling was rekindled after moving to New York City. There, she began writing a restaurant review blog, City Lights and Tasty Bites, before eventually trying her hand at writing a fantasy romance novel.

DeRosa is an eternal romantic at heart, and her favorite books have always been young adult novels. She currently resides in South Florida with her family, including her real-life Prince Charming, their baby son, and their fur baby, Nico, the German shepherd. She continues to travel and eat around the world with her family, drawing inspiration from her diverse experiences to fuel her writing.
