Eric Meyer

Eric Meyer is a renowned British author, celebrated for his military fiction and thriller novels. His writing career spans over thirty detective and military fiction novels, including popular series such as Devil's Guard, Gabriel de Sade, and Black Ops. Meyer's interest in military fiction is not surprising, given his rich background in military service. He was educated at the University College in Cardiff, where he studied politics, prior to serving in the Commandos part-time.

Meyer's military service was marked by significant achievements. He served with dedication and rose to the rank of Colour Sergeant. During his tenure, he participated in and led numerous classified missions, honing his leadership and initiative skills. His military experience was further enriched by his participation in several instructor courses with the Special Forces.

After leaving the military, Meyer transitioned into a career as a consultant and independent coach, working with several blue-chip companies and notable organizations. He leveraged his military training to teach leadership and initiative skills to his clients and their employees. Meyer's fiction writing is heavily influenced by his military experience, and he is known for backing up his fiction with meticulously researched facts. Currently, he writes on a full-time basis and is married with three children.
