Deborah Wiles

Deborah Wiles is an accomplished American author, well-known for her fiction and children's books. She has written several highly acclaimed books, including the beloved "Love, Ruby Lavender" and the National Book Award finalists "Each Little Bird That Sings" and "Revolution." Her work has been recognized with various awards and accolades, such as the Ezra Jack Keats New Writer Award for her picture book "Freedom Summer," and she has been a finalist for the NAACP Book Award, E.B.
