Ç.E. Murphy is a highly regarded American author, well-known for her work in the fantasy and romance genres. She has written several series, including the Walker Papers, Negotiator Trilogy, Inheritors' Cycle, and Strongbox Chronicles. Murphy's writing career is varied, and she has also written a graphic novel and several short stories. In addition to writing under her real name, she also uses the pen name Cate Dermody, which is her grandmother's maiden name.
