Beth White

Beth White is a romance author who grew up in the South, specifically in North Mississippi. She has a deep appreciation for literature and music, which is reflected in her work as a piano and chorus teacher in an inner-city public high school during the day. At night, she leads a secret life as a romance author.

White is not only a romance author but also a pastor's wife, mother of two, and grandmother of two. She is a prolific writer, having published more than twenty books under her name and as Elizabeth White. Her novels have won several awards, including the American Christian Fiction Writers Carol Award, the RT Book Club Reviewers Choice Award, and the Inspirational Reader's Choice Award.

White is a native Mississippian who currently resides in Alabama. She has a Masters degree in Creative Writing and has taught middle school Language Arts, high school English, and college Freshman composition. Recently, she retired from teaching chorus and piano at an inner-city public school on the Gulf Coast to focus on her writing career. She is currently working on a historical romance series set during World War II.

White's writing is characterized by faith, warmth, and a golden glint of humor, with a distinct Southern drawl. She has always been in love with the written word, and her stories are set in either her native Mississippi or her current home, Alabama. When she's not writing, White enjoys playing flute and pennywhistle and painting. She can be found on the web at bethwhite.net.
